Bone Cement Gun
Made up of Surgical grade stainless steel, SS 304, Cement gun offers advantages for improved long term fixation and enhances interlocking of bone and cement.

Cement gun offers advantages for improved long term fixation and enhances interlocking of bone and cement. It ensures minimal mixing of blood, bone and tissue debris with the cement.It facilitates cement placement in areas which are difficult to reach, such as distal end of femoral canal during THR or bipolar surgery, Acetabulum or Tibial plateau.
The main body as well as all driving components are made of SURGICAL GRADE STAINLESS STEEL (SS 304). It ensures safety, accuracy, and extended working life. It can be sterilized by autoclaving.
Syringe Kit
It is a single use cement dispenser which is very handy to deliver the cement at the areas difficult to reach by hand or fingers.
Least wastage of the cement is achieved by specially designed ‘Economiser Rod’ provided with the kit.
Bone Graft Harvester Instrument Set
In line with our objective, Advantage brand has introduced an innovative product BONE GRAFT HARVESTER (BGH) Instrument Set.
The major advantages BGH offers are listed below.

BGH uses resected femoral head to extract bone graft, during cemented THR or cemented bipolar implant surgery. It can also be used to take bone graft in the form of 6mm slice.

In complicated THR surgeries like Protrusio hip or dysplastic hip, a BGH can be used to cut femoral head in the slices of approximately 6 mm thickness, which would be used for impaction bone grafting.

The use of Cement Restrictor, (which is made up of polyethylene)is thus avoided. The post- operative osteolysis, chances of foreign body infections as well as cost of using a cement restrictor is reduced.

Apart from extracting autologous bone graft, as a cement restrictor, BGH can be used for shaping and sizing any bone graft as per surgeon’s requirement, in other surgeries also.

The Vice with ‘V-block type jaws’ to hold the femoral head/bone graft and slots for cutting the bone slices of 6 mm thickness – 1 No.

Pusher rod cum trial with distance markings, (from 10cm to 17 cm) - 1 No. with graft pushing end 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm and 16mm -one each.

Vacuum mixing kit
Mixing of cement under vacuum, ensures no entrapping of air with cement and also reduces exposure to monomer fumes. Thus high quality bone cement is assured every time.
Cement mixing bowl and Spatula
Cement mixing bowl as well as the mixing spatula are made up of food grade polypropylene PP (MA 110). It’s a disposable product and is available at low cost. Basically it is designed to overcome the residual interference caused if the mixing bowl and spatula are not cleaned properly.
Femoral Pressuriser
It is made up of soft rubber and can be trimmed with a knife to a proper size, for perfect fitting of pressuriser like a stopper. Low viscosity cement can be introduced into the cavity through the hole provided in the centre of the pressuriser. It creates void free cement mantle, improves bone cement interface, leading to efficient interdigitation of the cement
